Oil comprising exclusively oils obtained by treating the product obtained after the extraction of Olive Oil and Oil obtained directly from Olives.
White Pearl Olive Pomace Oil has a wonderful flavour and distinctive aroma. It is ideal for salad dressings which can be made by pouring three capfuls (approximately 15ml) of White Pearl Olive Pomace Oil over a salad, then adding a squeeze of lemon and three pinches of freshly chopped oregano.
